Qualification over volume
- The problem
- High media spend producing volume, not buyers. A sales team drowning in enquiries that never qualified, so cost per unit sold kept climbing.
- What we built
- We rebuilt the funnel around qualification instead of volume. New positioning for the project, a landing system that filters by budget and intent, and a tracking model that follows an enquiry through to a booked viewing.

One brand, three catchments
- The problem
- Three branches competing against each other on the same search terms while paying twice for the same patient.
- What we built
- One brand system across branches, separated local search and paid structures per catchment, and consultation booking rebuilt for mobile.

Direct, not rented
- The problem
- Covers were strong but margin was not. Aggregators and platforms were taking the relationship and the commission.
- What we built
- A direct channel built to compete with the platforms. Brand and content that gives people a reason to book direct, a fast booking path, and retention built on first party data instead of rented audiences.

Found before the call
- The problem
- A strong reputation offline and almost no presence in the places where new buyers now research before they call.
- What we built
- Positioning sharpened against the regional competitive set, an authority content programme covering search and AI answer engines, and a direct outreach layer aimed at named decision makers.
